Description:
Pedersoere municipality is requesting tenders for supervisors of Sandsund's school stage 2. Project address: Skolhusvagen 33, 68600 JakobstadSandsund school is being built in two stages. Stage I was completed in 2024. The school is planned for a total of 250 students. Sandsund's school stage 2 is being built in stage 1. The building is mainly erected in two floors. The stage II building includes spaces for basic education grades 3 6. There is also space for music lessons, textile work and technical work in the stage 2 building. Stage II includes I 789 m2 view. The building's fire class Pl. Stage 2 is fixed in stage I on the south side. The work area is demarcated so that students can move freely between the old school and stage I. A temporary road connection from national road 74I (Nya Bennasvagen) to the work area is being built by the main contractor. The municipality arranges a connection permit. The building's main construction material is concrete or brick elements of wood. The building's water roof should have a sufficient slope and protective offsets. The surrounding farm has plans for play and rest activities. Procurement according to the attachment documents.
