Description:
Public transport services under the Route-based Convention in Kainuu, Northern Ostrobothnia and Lapland.
In this invitation to tender, a route -based concession is referred to in this invitation to tender for the European Parliament and the Council Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 (Service Contract Regulation) and the Transport Services Act (320/2017) Convention on Access to Public Transport Public Transport Services designed by the subscriber. The content of the license is defined in the Annex General Terms and Conditions of the Route -based Convention.
Traffic under this Agreement is granted The exclusive right under the Service Regulation by a separate administrative decision in response to the management of public service obligations. The exclusive right is granted as defined in the appendix.
The interoperability requirements required by the Transport Services Act (Section 157) are described More specifically in the invitation to tender and its annexes.
Public Transport Services in item 1
The tender applies to access to the public transport network In accordance with the items listed in the item list. Schedules and route maps are also attached.
Carrier manage Transportation of the items defined in the Target List attachment. In addition to the reimbursement of the license agreement, the carrier receives box office income from passengers as well as any other sales revenue, such as freight and advertising revenue, as stated in the general terms and conditions.
