Description:
The Uusimaa Center for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment (ELY Center) will request your tender for managing public transport services. More detailed sites and contract periods can be seen in the appendices to the invitation to tender. Traffic is procured under a gross agreement. A gross agreement means a service agreement regulation(1370/2007) and a public transport service agreement referred to by the Specialty Area Procurement Act (1398/2016), where the risk of box office revenue is by the subscriber. In addition to the ELY Center, which is the contracting entity, municipalities, cities, well-being, in addition to the contracting entity, may participate in the financing of contracts.educational institutions and competent authorities. The interoperability requirements required by the Transport Services Act (Article 157) are described in more detail in the invitation to tender and in its annexes. As a result of this procurement, the traffic concerning the contracts concludedin return for the management of public service obligations. The exclusive right is made to make a separate decision and any continuous and serious disadvantage caused by other traffic is always examined on a case -by -case basis..
