Description:
Public transport services in the Ostrobothnia region under the route -based access agreement. In this invitation to tender, a route -based concession refers to the European Parliament and the Council Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 (Service Agreement Regulation) and the Transport Services Act (320/2017)A license agreement that is drawn up to handle the route services designed by the subscriber. The content of the right of use is defined in the attached document "General Terms and Conditions in EPO ELY's access contract traffic from 2.6.2025". (below general terms). ThisTransport under the Convention on Access Treaty shall be awarded the exclusive right under the Service Contracts Regulation by a separate administrative decision (PSA exclusive decision) in response to the public service obligation, except for the connection between Pietarsaari - Sursik Skola. Over that connection intervalAlso, the PSA price obligation appointed by the ELY Center is not valid. The interoperability requirements required by the Transport Services Act (320/2017) (Section 157) are described in the Annex to the invitation to tender."Destination Information" as described.
