Description:
In this call for tenders, a route-based license agreement means a license agreement in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council (service contract regulation) and the Transport Services Act (320/2017), which is drawn up for route-based public transport services planned by the customer to treat. The content of the right of use is defined in the appendix General conditions of the route-based right of use agreement.
Traffic according to this agreement is granted an exclusive right in accordance with the service contract regulation by a separate administrative decision in exchange for public service obligations about taking care of. The exclusive right is granted as specified in the appendix Draft license agreement.
The interoperability requirements required by the Transport Services Act (Section 157) are described in more detail in the request for tenders and its appendices.
