The content of the right of access is defined in the attached document "General terms of the Route -based Convention.By administrative decision, as a counterpart to the management of public service obligations. The exclusive right shall be granted as defined in the appendix of the License Agreement.in its appendices.(1370/2007) and a license agreement under the Transport Services Act (320/2017), which is drawn up to handle route services designed by the customer.
