Description:
The City of Kuhmo (Subscriber) requests tenders for the total procurement of the work machine services, in accordance with this invitation to tender and other tenders. This is the procurement law (Law on Public Procurement and Accounting Agreements 1397/2016)Purchase framework arrangement. The acquisition consists of two (2) areas and a maximum of three (3) suppliers are selected for both areas. Suppliers are selected for the framework arrangement in accordance with the comprehensive benchmark of the overall economic affordability so that three (3) the mostThe scorer is selected for both areas. Benkers can offer one part or both parts and up to three (3) machines. Both areas are compared as a whole on a supplier basis. The supplier -specific comparison takes into account the machine provided by the tenderer,that has received the maximum points. If multiple bidders receive the same score with three (3), the subscriber will draw the framework arrangement of the selector. The lottery is a case -law -approved method. A framework agreement based on a framework arrangement is drawn up for one (1) year at a time, one (1) yearoption. Thus, during the framework arrangement, the subscriber has the right to implement a framework agreement for a maximum of one (1) time of 1v+1v.
