• Description:
• The Institute of Occupational Health is tendering for the framework arrangement of air sampling pumps and their batteries, which are needed in everyday work environment services. The framework arrangement is divided into three areas as follows: 1. Air sampling pumps 2. Sampling pumps 3. High flow pumps The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the tender request and its attachments. The estimated value of the framework arrangement is €275,000 (without value added tax). The bidder can submit a bid in one or more sub-areas. Framework arrangement for each one supplier is selected for the sub-area. Each sub-area is compared and scored separately. The framework agreement does not include a quantity purchase charge, but the products will be purchased during the contract period according to the customer's needs. To be concluded based on competition the framework agreement does not give the supplier exclusive rights to the products defined in the agreement. The contract is valid for a fixed period of three years starting from signing (=basic contract period). After the basic contract period, the Subscriber has the right to extend the contract period for one option year. The entire contract period is therefore valid for a maximum of four years (3 + 1).
