Description:
The Occupational Health Institute tends to arrange the framework arrangement of laboratory supplies and chemicals needed in everyday life services.
The framework arrangement is divided into eight areas as follows:
1. Glass accessories
2. Plastic accessories
3. Filter foods
4. Chromatography supplies
5. Pipetting supplies
6. Cleaning and protection
7. Other laboratory supplies
8. Chemicals
The subject of the acquisition is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and in its annexes.
The anticipated value of the framework arrangement is EUR 650,000 (without VAT).
The agreement is valid for a fixed period of three years from signing (= basic contract period). After the basic contract period, the customer has the right to continue the contract period for one option year.
The entire contract period is therefore valid for up to four years (3 + 1).
The tenderer may submit an offer to one or more areas. The framework arrangement for each area is selected Three journalists. Each area is compared and scored separately.
The framework agreement does not include the obligation to purchase, but the products will be obtained during the contract period as needed. The framework agreement concluded on the basis of tendering does not provide exclusive rights for the supplier to the products defined in the contract.
