Description:
The HUS group (hereinafter also the "procurement unit") requests bids for the real estate brokerage service for the named assignment. The subject of the assignment is a real estate brokerage service, where the task is to find a buyer for the property specified by HUS Logistics and to sell the property to the buyer.
Sales connectionsae HUS rents the property back to itself. The bidder's task is also to negotiate the terms of renting with the buyer candidate as specified.
The subject of sale is the property 92-17-620-2 owned by the HUS group, located at Uutistie 5, 01770 Vantaa. The area of the plot is 12,860 m2 and the area of the logistics building located there is 6607 m2, of which 836 m2 is office space. The plot has unused building rights of 1,000 square meters. The buyer candidate should be known at the beginning of November 2023.
The transaction must be prepared in such a way that the transaction takes place as received from the HUS association meetingafter authorization before the end of November 2023. The procurement unit reserves the right to extend the assignment agreement by 4 months at a time if no buyer can be found for the property by the aforementioned time.from here.
