Description:
The acquisition focuses on the acquisition of new premises in the Lapland Welfare Area ("contracting entity", "subscriber" or "tenant") in Sodankylä. The premises to be purchased are purchased in modular structures, however, so that the premises are built into a permanent, fixed and under -building permit building. The contract form is the overall responsibility contract (KVR contract), where the selected housing unit supplier (also "contractor", "landlord" in documents) designs and builds the modular facilities in its entirety for the contracting entity in accordance with the invitation to tender and in the annexes.
