- 2M-IT Oy (hereinafter also the "Customer") operating as a procurement unit is a publicly owned in-house company that produces social and healthcare ICT solutions and their support for welfare areas. 2M-IT's owner-customers (hereinafter also the "Customer") are welfare regions and other operators in the SOTE industryta, who purchase application and information technology services from 2M-IT. The procurement unit manages approximately 44,000 different terminals, whose locations are in different parts of our customers' geographical area of operation. A more detailed description of the operating environments can be found in the appendix "Operating environment".description". This procurement is aimed at the service provided to the Customers and the workstations in 2M-IT's own use. The following 2M-IT Oy customers are covered by the deliveries/services according to the object of the procurement: 1. Varsinais-Suomen welfare area (Varha) 2. Satakunta welfare area (SataHA) 3. Oesterbottens vaelfaerdsomrade Ostrobothnia welfare area (OeVPH) 4. Kanta-Haeme welfare area (OmaHaeme) 5. North Ostrobothnia welfare area, Raahe (RASHKY) 6. Kaiku24 Oy (Kaiku24) 7.
