Description:
The object of the procurement is microfiber work clothes for the customers of Cliini-Oulu Keskuspesula Oy. The purchase includes microfiber work clothes such as shirts and pants. Procurement includes material procurement and product manufacturing. The goal is to conclude a fixed-term contract of two (2) years, after which the possibility is reserved for two (2) option periods, one (1) year + one (1) year. Based on the procurement, the aim is to select two (2) suppliers: A) main supplier B) supplementary supplier The selection of two suppliers aims to guarantee operational security during the contract period. Subscriber orders products according to their needs throughout the year. The aim is to put the agreement into effect in February-March 2026. The estimated value of the procurement is approximately €150,000 per year. The aim of this temporary procurement is to provide customers with work clothes of the same or almost similar fabric in color and quality than they currently have in use.The fabric provided must be F.O.V. Microfiber fabric 0221A-6670W90 (Carbona 3, color PMS 2955U) manufactured by Fabrics Ab or equivalent in terms of properties and feel. Correspondences are assessed by the customer in the quality assessment process, which is described in the appendix "Products quality evaluation_mikrokuitu_OKP_584790.xls".
