Description:
The Premises unit of Sipoo municipality's community and environment department is asking for a bid for the demolition of the Terveytie 1 properties in the scope according to the plans. The form of the contract is a complete contract, which includes everything according to the plans and contract documents with the demolition work completed. The overall contractor acts as the main contractor and as the main implementer as defined by the legislation. The overall contract includes site management duties and site services. The payment basis is determined based on the contract fixed total price (contract price). The contract site is located in Etelä-Sipoo at Terveystie 1, 01150 Söderkulla. Work can start as soon as the contract is signed, but no later than April 13, 2026. Demolition works must be ready at the latest on Friday 17 July 2026. Presentation of the destination on Thursday 25.2 at 13:00.
