- The object of the procurement is test operation and measurement work, as well as test operation expert services at VTT's Jyvaskyla office and work sites. Expert services are used in the manufacturing environment of fiber products, low-carbon energy research activities and carbon dioxide separation.
In addition, the provider must be able to offer the services mentioned in Appendix 1 occasionally also at VTT's other offices and workplaces.
The tenderer must nominate a different person for both tasks mentioned below, because the services may be needed at the same time:
1. Person for test equipment design for fiber products and to the equipment environments of low-carbon energy research equipment
2. The author of the experimental work in the low-carbon energy research activity and the expert resource of the experimental activity related to the subject area in question
