• The object of the acquisition is finished software as a total service. The procurement includes the training required for service delivery, commissioning, use, support, maintenance and expert services, as well as service updates. An additional procurement option is a service that analyzes recordings of calls to customer service. The ready-made software as a total service is used for analyzing existing and accumulated text materials, especially customer feedback, open-ended responses to surveys, and data mining. To be processed the materials are both individual materials and continuously accumulated materials. The software produces text-free, comprehensible analysis results that the subscriber can use in his organization. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in this request for tenders and in its appendices. The customer does not commit to the procurement quantities presented in the request for tender.
