The product to be purchased is the Skills Management System for the entire Paijat-Hame welfare area as a SaaS service. The subject of the procurement includes the system, its implementation design and implementation, as well as maintenance and support services. Product to be purchased will work for the subscriber's internal trainingas a registration channel (training calendar) and personnel skills, qualifications and training management systems and supports the implementation of development discussions. In addition, it includes an online learning environment where the subscriber can create their own courses.
