The subject of the acquisition is under preparation The target for the acquisition is the digital service of domestic newspapers and magazines, which includes a selection of magazines and interface for use, browsing, search and reading and related support services. This is under preparation obtainNTA is part of Finelib's material procurement. Customer units may include, for example, universities and research institutes that will order the titles that meet their needs. According to a preliminary plan, one (1) service provider is selected on the basis of a preparatory tenderingA as a whole on the digital service of domestic newspapers and magazines. General to note that this is a prior notice (below) and this notice does not yet request bids. We ask companies interested in providing offering to enroll for tenderingmarket dialogue. By registering, companies interested in offering market dialogue have the opportunity to have a procurement dialogue with the contracting entity.
