- The purpose of the system to be purchased is to replace the current financial management system to handle VASO accounting, internal and external accounting, accounts account, sales receivable, bank connections (payment), budgeting and reporting. The system to be purchased may also include fixed asset accounting, the purchase of which is considered as an option. The service to be purchased is provided as a SaaS service, which includes the necessary capacity, operating environment, access and system updates, security and maintenance. The aim is to acquire ready -to -support software that supports VASO's functions and processes, which is integrated into other VASO systems. The minimum service requirements are described in the Annex to the invitation to tender.
