Description:
The City of Riihimaki (hereinafter referred to as "subscriber" or "contracting entity") requests a comprehensive contract for the acquisition of Hirsimaki sports field in accordance with this invitation to tender and the extent of the contract documents attached to Hirsimaki. The acquisition is the focus of the Hirsimaki sports field improvementacquisition. The building site is located in Riihimaki in the Hirsimaki district. The contract will carry out the construction of the field drainage system and four locations, as well as the renewal of the lighting. Construction work is planned to start in mid -July and the work must be completed by no later thanby the end of September 2025.All the procurement requirements have been made in the invitation to tender and in its annexes. The acquisition may include option work. The subscriber requests a hockey rink (9562-3 position drawing of the quotation plan for supplying space for hockey rink max. 51 x 22 m)and the installation as an option, which will be decided separately. The price of the ice hockey rink does not affect the bid rate. Possible options are always agreed separately by the contractorwith.
