Description:
The procurement services of the city of Savonlinna are requesting bids for the implementation of the Sulosaari bridges construction contract belonging to the municipal technical services of the city of Savonlinna. Sulosaari's bridges are located in Hopeasalmi in the city of Savonlinna. The contract will be dismantled The old wooden bridges from Vääräsaari to Sulosaari crossing Hopeasalmi and new bridges will be built on the site. The project will be implemented as a complete project. The contractor acts as the main contractor and as the main executor as defined by the legislation start in accordance with the contract program and contract, when the contract has been signed and the requirements regarding the start of work and safety have been met, or when the client has given written permission to start. The work must be started no later than two (2) weeks from the signing of the contract. The contract must be completed and accepted with the delivery materials no later than September 30, 2027. A more detailed description and requirements of the procurement can be found in the tender documents. In addition, the contract must be fulfilled The directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and regulations, and regulations issued by the authorities.
