- The Chancellery of the Parliament tenders for dental clinics, where personnel covered by official or employment contracts can use the dental treatment compensation mentioned below. The service applies to approximately 700 employees covered by the procurement units' official and collective agreements persons for whom, according to the contracts, an annual dental treatment compensation of 300 euros is included in the personnel benefit, which can be obtained from Kela-reimbursable procedures. The compensation is paid according to the realized costs. Those within the scope of competition the procurement units are the Office of the Parliament, the State Audit Office (VTV) and the Office of the Ombudsman of the Parliament (EOAK). The competition has two areas. 1) A maximum of three (3) service providers will be selected, who must have an office in Helsinki. 2) One (1) service provider with offices elsewhere in the capital region will be selected, and in addition, an advantage in the bidding will be given if the bidder also has an office in Oulu, where VTV's office is located. The offer can be left in both areas, or only to another. Procurement is procurement below the national threshold value (Appendix E 1 - 4, procurement concerning social and health services). In the procurement, the procurement rules of the Parliament's office are followed (KTK 11.9.2025 § 7).
