SLYHY Description: Kouvola Innovation Oy tends to compete in the circular economy information platform. Acquisition covers the information platform and its further development. The information platform must also enable the post -procurement development phase, where it develops into a virtual platform. The site created in the project is used to provide information to companies in the area, educational organizations and residents. A more detailed description of the subject of the acquisition will be submitted in Annex.
