Description:
The City of Helsinki's Education and Education Industry needs to extend the duration of the procurement contract period by two (2) months until 31.7.2027. The actual contract period recorded in the procurement agreements and stated in the procurement decision was 1 January 2023 - 31.12.2025included the possibility of a maximum of 17 months. There has been a clerical error in the draft procurement agreement provided with the invitation to tender regarding the duration of the option period. This contract change is necessary to ensure the continuity of summer service production for a possible newuntil the start of the contractor. The original contractors Palmia Oy and Compass Group Finland Oy.through the tendering procedure so that the new procurement agreements will enter into force as of 1.8.2027. Now, the task of direct procurement and contract change is based on the previous decision of the City of Helsinki Education and Education Board for the acquisition of food and cleaning services in the area 2, Section 247.09.2022Acquisition of food and cleaning services in the area 1.1.2023- 31.12.2025 (diary number HEL 2022-006306).
