Description:
North Karelia's procurement agency requests your offer for the assignment of urban construction services of the city of Joensuu in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices for the bridge repair of the construction site mentioned below. The construction site is the city of Joensuu Suvanto bridge repair work. The offer is requested as a total price contract. The presentation of the work will be held electronically via Teams on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, starting at 12:00. Registration for the site presentation must be done by email to juho.pehkonen@sweco.com By 2:00 p.m. on March 3, 2026. The contractor is recommended to participate in the presentation of the construction site and familiarize himself with the contract area on site before submitting the bid. The bid is binding and must be written in Finnish. The procurement process is complete in Finnish. The contract must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and regulations, and regulations issued by the authorities, e.g. in terms of structure, equipment, work and fire safety, and electrical safety.
