Description:
Kannus city's real estate services acquires three (3) new vans to be leased. The vehicles must be suitable for the daily service and maintenance tasks of real estate services, and they must be safe to use, economical and cost-effective throughout the leasing period. The price is left as €/month/car. The vans to be purchased must meet at least the following general requirements: sufficient load space and carrying capacity for property maintenance tools and accessories, equipment according to safety requirements, and performance and equipment level suitable for Finnish conditions. More detailed technical and functional requirements are defined in the request for tenders. Tenderers are asked to submit a separate tender also of fully electric vans. With regard to electric vehicles, the evaluation takes into account, among other things, operating distance, charging solutions, energy efficiency, operating costs and suitability for the usage profile of the city's real estate services. the principle of overall economic affordability, which takes into account, in addition to price, the life cycle costs of vehicles, environmental effects, delivery time, service and maintenance solutions, and usability.
