• Description:
• The city of Lohja requests your offer for the procurement of equipment for the playgrounds of the school and daycare properties owned by the city, as well as the equipment for the playgrounds owned by the city. Every year, the customer renews the playground/park furniture life cycle and user based on security. The city of Lohja has a total of 45 playgrounds in school and daycare properties, and in addition 35 public playgrounds. Based on the tender, the customer enters into a framework agreement with five (5) suppliers. A contract is made for a period of 36 months. The start date of the contract period will be specified as the procurement process progresses. Framework contracts will be concluded with the selected suppliers, which, however, do not bind the customer to purchase the products specified in this request for tender products. Framework contract suppliers are not prioritized. Furniture and play equipment must meet all applicable safety regulations. Spare parts and accessories must be available for the general life of the furniture and play equipment the corresponding time. The requirements and technical characteristics of the equipment to be procured are defined in more detail in the section Criteria for the object of procurement in the request for tenders. The products are only examples of the equipment to be purchased and are used in this context for offers for comparison, so the characteristics are therefore not binding regarding the product range to be purchased.
