- The City of Oulu is asking for offers for public transport lines in the Oulu region. The tender applies to public transport lines traffic in accordance with the contract notice and tendering documents. at the time specified in the site, as defined in the tender documents. To handle the transport of the item, one tenderer or tender connector/item will be selected or alternatively selected to operate one bidder or Offer Summary connection. Combinations include: 1) Items 1 and 3 (2) Items 4 and 14.The traffic must be fully handled by clean and energy efficient vehicles (electricity, biogas or renewable diesel (HVO). The content of the traffic agreement is defined in the attached document "Different of Transportation Convention .
