Kymenlaakso Welfare Support and Kiinteistoepalvelut Oy, Kymen Support and Kouvolan Asunnot Oy (below), request your bid for the design and implementation of the residential property to be built in the Kouvola Pukimo block and to dismantle this request for this quotation in the blockand in accordance with the documents attached to it. The building is to be divided into senior dwellings and Kouvolan Asunnot Oy's student housing. Two separate properties are formed from the whole. The scope of a residential property is approximately 7,000 square meters, up to seven floors andIt will have about 150 affordable rental housing for student and senior use. The project will be implemented as a collaborative KVR contract. In a collaborative KVR contract, the subscriber requests sketch plans and target and roofing bids that are developedIn the developmental development phase of the procurement decision, together between the subscriber and the provider. The subscriber requires that the key personnel responsible for the project management and construction engineering work are employed by the tenderer or tenderer group.
