• PROJECT DESCRIPTION Design and construction of the Kommati mountain biking and outdoor trail complex between Poikkijoki-Kuolpuvaara-Kommattivaara. PROCUREMENT BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES The municipality of Sodankylä has received a positive funding decision from the Federation of Lapland To the JTF-funded Better paths, stronger attraction - Sodankylä route investment project.
