- Description:
- The implementation of measures to improve the energy efficiency of the Oulaiten swimming pool in accordance with the commercial and technical documents attached to the request for tenders. The swimming pool will undergo structural renovations in April-August 2026 as a separate contractor for the customer (not included in this tender). The independent contractor also uses the downstairs social facilities during the contract. At the same time as the above-mentioned work is done measures to improve energy efficiency for LVIAS systems (this tender). The closing time of the swimming pool is 19.6.-30.8.2026 and the pools are empty for a period of no more than two weeks in July (the time is agreed between the customer and the contractors in progress).The contract must be completed and accepted by the customer by September 30, 2026 at the latest, but the work phases must be completed in such a way that normal use of the swimming hall can continue on September 1, 2026. The offer must include a separate price for the energy system and the energy well field. The portion of the energy well field may only be realized later by the customer's decision. In the contract, the valid ones are followed occupational safety instructions and regulations. A contract is drawn up for the contract.
