• Description:
• The subject of this procurement is an expert service on the cost effects of removing micropollutants from the Municipal Wastewater Directive. The purpose of the work is to produce information on the effects of the implementation of the Municipal Wastewater Directive. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the attached job description (Appendix 1). The tender must include the tenderer's electronic contact information, decisions regarding procurement and other information and inquiries will be submitted. The offer must include an implementation plan, provider references and tenderer suitability form. Their content is described below. Links or extra attachments are not taken into account.1. A free-form implementation plan (maximum 4 pages) including the following: a. Description of the core of the work content, implementation method, final results and schedule.b. The total price for the completion of the work including all costs incurred for the completion of the work, including office, travel and all other possible additional fees and costs.c. I work the persons participating in the implementation and their role in performing the work.2. References of the provider and the key persons involved in the production of the service (Appendix 2). Curriculum vitae do not need to be attached, and they will not be taken into account in the evaluation. 3. The time of the offer the suitability form (Appendix 3) duly filled in. The customer chooses one tenderer with whom it will enter into a contract (Appendix 4 Draft contract).
