Description:
The subject of the procurement is a digital solution for the employer model of family care and personal assistance for contract management, calculation of rewards and salaries, and payment. The solution must be a single digital solution that can be centrally and smoothly implementedas well as tasks and obligations related to the employer model of personal assistance without logging into different systems.
The solution must be available for use by Keusote as a service, which also includes implementation of the solution, maintenance and support services.
Calculation of premiums for relative and family careand the payment package includes, among other things, notification by the relative or family carer of the actual care time, formation of the fee based on the care time reported by the relative or family carer, consideration of tax card information, foreclosure calculation, collection and accounting, payment of the fee, fee calculationn's delivery to the recipient, payment of side costs and income register notifications. Information about paid fees is produced for Keusote's accounting.
The total salary calculation and payment of assistants for clients of the personal assistance employer model includes a notification of completed working hourstax card information, calculation of foreclosure, collection and accounting, calculation of ay membership fees, collection and accounting, salary payment and delivery of the salary statement to the employee, payment of side costs and income register notifications.
