• Kajaani University of Applied Sciences Oy requests bids for the expert service of the catchment area coordinator of the watershed vision of the Oulujoki watershed. The goal of the acquisition is to complement Oulujoki, who works full-time at Kajaani University of Applied Sciences the watershed coordinator's coordination work with an expert service focused on catchment areas in the implementation of the watershed vision of the Oulujoki watershed. For the promotion of catchment area measures that improve the condition of the waters of Oulujoki's tributaries in North Ostrobothnia: Sanginjoki, Muhosjoki and Poikajoki, and especially the agricultural water conservation work carried out in these catchment areas. Of these in addition, the catchment area coordinator's duties include the general promotion of catchment area renovations, openness of watershed renovation information, citizens' water environment awareness and watershed network activities throughout the watershed, and watershed renovations education. As a work partner of the Oulujoki watershed coordinator, the catchment area coordinator's job description also includes the general tasks of implementing the watershed vision of the Oulujoki watershed. Such tasks include meeting and event arrangements, updating the executive program, participating in various cooperation groups and statements in cooperation with the watershed coordinator, as well as participating in the communication and evaluation of the implementation of the watershed vision.
