- The Extension Project of Lautiosaari Kindergarten is a construction project implemented by the municipality of Keminmaa, where the existing kindergarten is expanded and at the same time changes to existing facilities. The aim of the project is to improve space solutions, to provide more functional and modern facilities for early childhood education, and to meet the growing needs of the area. Building work is carried out as a contract where the main contractor is coordinated by the main contractor. HVAC and electrical work related to building services are handled as separate contracts, but are subjected to the general contractor. Offers will be requested separately from construction engineering, HVAC and electrical work. Building work is expected to start in June 2025 and the project must be completed by December 2025.
