Description:
The municipality of Myrskylae, the municipality of Pukkila and the municipality of Lapinjaervi (hereinafter referred to as the "customer" or "procurement unit") are requesting an offer for financial and payroll administration services (hereinafter referred to as the "service") in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices.
The procurement is divided into three (3) parts;
Part area 1: Financial and salarylinnon palvelut Myrskylae
Sub-area 2: Financial and payroll administration services Lapinjaervi
Sub-area 3: Financial and payroll administration services Pukkila
The aim of the procurement is to purchase a solution as a service based on the competitive bidding process starting on 01.01.2024, in which the service provider offers the municipality a totalsubject to the following financial and payroll administration services: accounting, purchase and sales ledger, payment transactions, monitoring of funds, preparation of budget and financial statements (including consolidated financial statements), reporting, necessary software and accounting advice, and software user guidanceand daily operating support.
The commissioning project must be completed no later than 30.11.2023 and the production of the service will start on 01.01.2024.
The customer chooses one (1) supplier per procurement area, with which the customer signs a contract.
The purchase quantities presented in the request for tender are estimates, and notpimus creates a quantity purchase obligation for the customer or an exclusive right to provide the service for the service provider.
