Description:
The City of Orivesi and the municipality of Pirkkala are acquiring a reliable financial management system package that enables modern and smooth financial management methods and automation solutions. The financial management system package is purchased as a SaaS-shaped service, including the implementation, maintenance and support of the system. The procurement is divided into two (2) parts: Part 1: Financial Management (Accounting, Sales Reserve, Accounts Contact, Purchase Invoice Recycling, Operator Services, Operating Code and Payment Transport) Part 2: Financial Planning, Reporting and Consolidated Accounts The offer can be submitted. The offer cannot be submitted within a single section. One (1) contract supplier is selected for each section, and part 1 and part 2 may be selected by different contract suppliers. The offer should be submitted to both subscribers (Pirkkala and Orivesi). The implementation of the systems shall be made jointly to the extent possible. However, both subscribers should create their own system environment. Both subscribers sign their own delivery and service contracts.
