Description:
Tornio's Technical Services department and Facilities are requesting bids for the foundations and steel structures of the performance stage. The form of contract is a shared contract, where the city acts as the developer and does part of the building as its own work. The contract is followed general contract conditions for the construction industry (YSE98), unless otherwise stated in the documents. Contract 1: A new performance stage will be built at Åström park in Tornio. The content of the contract includes the construction of the concrete foundations of the new performance stage according to the plans and installation of Finfoams below the sensors. The contractor is responsible for the equipment needed for the work, the transfer of building materials and the cleaning of the marks left during the work. The contractor performs the necessary inspections and measurements at the site, on the basis of which the contract is accepted for subcontract 2 by the Customer. Contract 2: A steel frame will be built on top of the foundations, which must rest on the foundations according to the plans. Schedule- Foundations by 2025- Steel structures by March 2026- Water roof and pallets (as my own work) in spring 2026
