Based on this framework contract, the customer performs the following tasks: - design of new bridges - bridge repair planning - inspection of bridge plans - planning skill structures - preparing environmental permit applications - the skill structure register maintenance - reinforcement and other inspections - other unspecified expert services related to bridges In addition, the task includes separate tasks related to bridge design, e.g. geo-expert tasks and others related to bridge design expert tasks. Four (4) framework contract suppliers will be selected for the framework arrangement, unless there are fewer bidders meeting the requirements regarding the suitability of the bidders or acceptable bids. The contract area is Lapland. The content of the framework arrangement is defined in more detail in the tender documents. Tasks related to assignments require extensive expertise. The framework contract operator must have the capabilities to make bridge construction and repair plans, taking into account the valid Norwegian Railways Agency instructions. The service provided by the company must cover all the above-mentioned sub-tasks and plan types. During the validity period of the framework agreement, the financier for individual assignments can also be the Federation of Lapland, the cities of the ELY center area and municipalities as well as other cooperation bodies of the Vitality Center.
