Description:
The object of the acquisition is the non-identified development and supervision services of the municipality of Kempele.
Assignments can be project-specific construction entities with all work phases or alternatively separate sub-tasks or surveys.
The framework arrangement consists of two sub-areas, which oare the following:
1. Real estate development and supervision services
2. Construction and monitoring services of infrastructure projects
The actual contract period of the framework arrangement is two (2) years, after which it is possible to extend the contract with two one (1) year options. The maximum duration of the contract period isthus four (4) years.
The bidder may submit a bid for one or both of the areas. The decision to use the option period is made by a joint decision of both contract parties.
