Description:
The City of Tampere's Real Estate, Premises and Housing Policy service group tenders the framework arrangement of the main and architectural design in accordance with the request for tender and its appendices. The provider can offer every part or one parta region. Each sub-area has its own description of the procurement target at the beginning of the sub-areas.
This is a framework arrangement of 20 service providers for master and architect planning. Five (5) service providers are selected for sub-area 1. Five (5) service providers are selected for sub-area 2. To subdivision 3five (5) service providers are selected. Five (5) service providers will be selected for sub-area 4.
Sub-area 1: Valuable sites
In the coming framework agreement period, in accordance with the investment program of the City of Tampere, the construction of historically valuable school, daycare and cultural buildings will be carried out.renovation projects or basic renovation and expansion projects.
The tasks of the main and architect designers of framework contract suppliers during the contract period are:not from the need or project planning phase until the end of the warranty period.
Objects can be, for example,
- School buildings,
- School and daycare buildings (combined buildings),
- Objects where several city activities are combined: school, daycare, library, youth facilities or some other combination...
