- The Suomenlinna Management Board, as a procurement entity, is requesting bids for the handling and transportation of contaminated land and the transportation of waste pallets. This call for tenders is divided into two sub-procurements, which are independent procurement entities. The same operator can offer both subcontracts independentlywith special offers. Partial procurements are compared as their own entities, and a separate supplier is selected for each partial procurement, which can be the same for both. The selection criteria for both partial procurements is the cheapest price, which is obtained by scoring through price comparison.
