• Description:
• The customer forms a framework arrangement of construction services for the construction, supervision and expert services of infrastructure projects (road, bridge and paving and road marking projects), for which framework contract suppliers are selected. There is a framework arrangement it is possible to participate in only one sub-area or all of them, i.e. you can offer sub-areas separately: A, B, C pavements and road markings. Work deliverables included in the construction service, e.g. preparation of contracts (e.g. road condition inventory handover in connection, target programming based on inventory, e.g. pipe bridges and drums, etc.), preparation of contract documents, tendering of contracts, operation and supervision during implementation (including acting as a safety coordinator), warranty period operations and related auxiliary tasks, as well as the drafting and monitoring of implementation agreements. The content of the task is specified in more detail in the tender documents. The safety coordinator's duties may also include project planning, i.e YVA-YS-TS-RS suunnitelmien maastomallimittausten, pohjatutkimusten, maastoinventointien ja katselmusten turvallisuuden ja muiden tehtävien koordinoimiseen tai tekemiseen liittyviä tehtäviä ml. auxiliary duties.
