- Description:
- The municipality of Sodankylä requests an overall contract offer based on unit prices for the construction of Isoluhdantie located in the area of Kelukoskenma's site plan, the improvement of the structure of Jeesiönratsutie and the construction of water supply in the area in the summer of 2026. Jesiönratsutie is a low-traffic gravel road, Isoluhdantie is built in a natural environment. The scope of the work is described in more detail in the planning documents attached to the request for tenders. Deviating from the documents:- The customer is responsible for the tree from discharge- The water supply lines are placed according to the site plan at the back slope. (In the typical cross-section, they are placed under the roadway)- Paving is not part of the contract, but will be carried out later by the customer- Lighting plans are deficient as far as Jesiönratsuti are concerned. The list of quantities, however, has taken into account the indicative quantities also for the Ratsutie. The lighting plan will be specified by the start of the contract.
