• Description:
• Located at the corner of Eerikinkatu and Aninkaistenkatu, the Turku and Kaarina parish association's office is a three-part building complex built as a residential apartment building and central office for the parishes between 1955 and 1957, designed by architect Erik Lindroos. Over the years, the office building has undergone several extensive repairs and changes, but in spite of them, the renovation of the building has become topical. A number of anomaly detections and HVAC technical tests have been carried out on the building's indoor air the systems are at the end of their useful lives. In addition, the building requires re-piling. When the renovation is extensive, it is also meaningful to improve the functionality and equipment of the premises in connection with the renovation work. Problems have also been found in accessibility. Project is intended to be implemented as a two-phase project management contract so that it includes the development and implementation phases to be concluded separately by contract. The procurement contract resulting from the competition for the main, architectural, interior and furniture design is concluded between the service provider and the parish association of Turku and Kaarina.
