• The city of Kuusamo's community engineering department requests your offer for the main contractor for the expansion of the IV engine room in the city hall in accordance with the contract documents. The main contractor acts as the main implementer of the project. Subcontractors must be approved by the developer. is made as a total price, the offer must include all the materials presented in the contract documents, the construction parts and accessories installed and the demolition costs, unless otherwise stated. the iv engine room extension to be built will be implemented under an industrial weather shelter. The main contractor approves the weather protection plan drawn up by the supplier on the customer's behalf before starting the work. The plan must take into account the necessary hood openings and weather protection openings to enable the necessary lifts and technical installations to be carried out. NOTE: Bidders are required to familiarize themselves with the construction site and working conditions before submitting a bid (=requirement for submitting a bid). The subscriber has booked for the bidders to familiarize themselves with the site / contract area for the period of weeks 7 - 8, the bidder will present the date for the inspection to the customer on time slot (by e-mail to: sami.ervasti@kuusamo.fi, tuomo.raty@kuusamo.fi and jukka.myllyla@kuusamo.fi).
