Description:
The target of the acquisition is the target and development of the existing Urjas output system. The central objective of the procurement is the seamless transition to the supplier selected in the tendering and development tasks of the Uljas outdoor system. Currently the systemCGI Suomi Oy is responsible for maintenance and development. The contracting entity is the Legal Registration Center (ORK). The system was developed in the early 2000s andintroduced in 2004. Since then, the system has been continuously expanded to cover all the bailout processes. The system has also been developed in accordance with legislation and users' needs. The system has also been modernized technically and its technical debt is small in relation to the size of the system.Due to its mission, the bailiff has extensive access to information, and thus the ULJAS system has dozens of external interfaces, for example, on different authorities and banks' information systems. The

system is documented by use. The use case documentation is about 3000 pages.There are about 800 use cases, many of which are divided into several sub -use cases. System testing is partially automated for CGI, but ORK and the bailiff also test the system manually.Driving environment ...
