- Stara, the City of Helsinki Building Services, asks for your contract offer from the metal staircase of the Hague Park and the direct construction work directly to it from 5.5.2025 to 29.8.2025 as a unit -priced total contract for this invitation to tender and the attached documentsIn accordance with the procurement notice, the acquisition notice was sent for publication on 1 April 2025 in the Hilma-Public Procurement Notification channel and the tender service, through which the offer should also be drawn up. The acquisition will be carried out as a unit price-based total price contract and one contractor.The amounts presented are estimates and the contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the customer. The final actual workloads may be either smaller or larger than the invitation to tender phase is presented and the amount changes are not affected by unit prices (exception YSE 1998, 45 §).There is no exclusive right to produce the jobs to be purchased. The agreement on the implementation of the contract is made in accordance with the contract model submitted as Annex 2. Parts or alternative tenders are not allowed.
