Description:
The municipality of Iiti is requesting annual bids for the years 2026 and 2027 for the maintenance and minor repairs of the properties and condominiums of the municipality of Iiti based on the framework arrangement principle. Investment projects are generally not covered by the framework arrangement - on a case-by-case basis, small investment procurements of a maximum of 15,000 euros can be carried out within the scope of the framework arrangement. The rules to be followed in the procurements are explained in the additional information section of the section "Procurement object". The procurement procedure is open. Acquisition the predicted value does not exceed the national border. Tender participants/framework suppliers are not entitled to any compensation related to participation in the tender/framework: no payment is made for making an offer, the price estimate there is no payment for giving, there is no payment for the submission of statements in accordance with the Subscriber Liability Act, and there is no payment for other similar participation. Prices must be stated without VAT. Prices are not tied to an index. The municipality belongs to construction services within the scope of reverse value added tax. The municipality does not guarantee the annual amount of purchases, but purchases are made as needed.
