Description:
The object of the procurement is the clearing of the plot and the implementation of a weight bench for the new building of the Oulu Normal School in Linnanmaa in Oulu. The tasks and schedule are described in the documents attached to the request for tender. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that Finland Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy is the developer of the object and the chosen contractor signs a contract with Suomen Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy. The University of Oulu is a tenant of Suomen Yliopistokinteistoi, whose construction contract for the building to be used is subject to Act on public procurement and concessions. The University of Oulu therefore makes a procurement decision on the contractor to be selected. Only after the procurement decision has been received, does Suomen Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy sign the selected contractor contract with the contractor.
